• We will share the report and/or result of every nurse and physician visit with you online (You can log on to our secured website and view the comprehensive report).
• We will send you a notification email before and after every visit.
• We will advise you about the next step of care that your loved one might need.
• When hospitalization is required, we will arrange it, and follow up to make sure appropriate medical protocol is followed.
