Three months. The three months time frame is to allow us time to complete all the administrative functions, have our representative visit the address on file, and then assign the appropriate nurse and doctor to your loved one.
We assign nurses and doctors based on two criteria. First, the best possible nurse with the experience related to the current diagnosis and/or medical conditions of the consumer. Second, the distance between the nurse or doctor and consumer. However, we can allow consumers to choose their own nurses and doctors if these nurses and doctors are in our provider network. If the provider is not in our network, he or she must agree to either join our network or accept our service and payment terms.
Yes, there is no limit to the number of consumers an applicant can enroll. An applicant may enroll as many people as he or she is willing to provide home health services for.
The cost for enrolling both parents is $30 per month as long as both parents live at the same address. If they live at different addresses, the cost for each is $20 per month.
No, Integrity HOMECARENG is not a HMO. It is purely a coordinator for the provision of quality home health care for its enrollees or members.
We have registered nurses, nurse practitioners and physicians of various specialties (primary care and specialist physicians). Yes, all providers in our network are licensed to practice in whatever jurisdiction they are residing in. We also conduct our own internal accreditation program to make sure that only those providers who are eligible and/or licensed to practice are approved to participate in our network.
